Our returns policy

If for some reason you’re not happy, email me and let me know. customerservices@paulyacomine.com  I will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement provided you return the product unopened, unused and in its original condition within 21 days.

It might be that you need a little advice on how to use the product. If so, then please email me paul@paulyacomine.com or call 0208 964 2299. As an independent business we value our clients and always happy to discuss anything regarding your purchase.

Please return your package by recorded delivery

You can do this at your local post office. You’ll need to keep hold of your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. Make sure your items are wrapped securely.

We’ll be in touch within 30 working days with your refund, replacement or exchange

Once we’ve got your items, we’ll process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method. Please allow a maximum of 30 working days for processing.

Please note that we can’t refund delivery charges.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from receipt. Just send us a notice of cancellation in writing, and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

DELIVERY

Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Signature on delivery

For security reasons, all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you know you won’t be at home during normal office hours, it’s a good idea to provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

As all our parcels require a signature upon delivery; we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

We deliver all over the world; please see below.

International parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For and costs £8.00 for Europe & the USA.

European Delivery (usually 5 working days but can be up to 10 days.) 

This service costs £8.00 for delivery to Austria, Armenia, Andorra, Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungry, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine..

USA Delivery (usually 5 working days but can be up to 10 days.)

This service costs £8.00. There is no duty or tax on exports of Haircare between the UK & USA.

Rest of the World Delivery (usually 10 days but can be up to 28 days).

Covering all other countries and costs £10.00. To comply with local legislation, you  may be required to pay additional taxes or import duty. It’s unlikely that there will be tax or duty on small items but please check your local legislation.
