Shipping & Returns

UK Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Standard UK Delivery — £5.
Estimated delivery: 5 working days.

You’ll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to selected destinations. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are determined by the destination country and are not included in our delivery charge.

Returns

We hope you love your Paul Yacomine products. If you change your mind, please contact us at info@paulyacomine.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Products should be returned unused and in their original condition. Where a cosmetic product has been sealed for health or hygiene reasons, we cannot accept it once that seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty. GOV.UK

Please obtain proof of postage when returning an order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will process your refund as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If you cancel your complete order within the statutory cancellation period, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service is not refundable. GOV.UK

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@paulyacomine.com and we will put it right.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Products sold to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
